“What you are the world is.

And without your transformation, there can be no transformation of the world.”

“Hands” is defined as the whole person and not limited strictly to a particular anatomical reference or body part.

Approaching the human being as a whole system, a multi-dimensional being, with conscious and unconscious aspects, rational and irrational aspects.

Not just intellect, but emotion, instinct, intuition, as well.

Complex System.

I’m practicing Thai Yoga Therapy as a foundation for my works.

Originating from the ancient practices of Ayurveda and the Buddhist schools and disciplines of Thailand and South East Asia, Thai Yoga or Lazy man’s Yoga, is defined as the Practical Expression of Loving Kindness or Old Thai Way of Healing with The Hands

Its principles and practices, based on principles of vitalism (unseen life force), are common to all faiths, non-sectarian and non-dogmatic, and suitable for practice by persons of any faith.

Anyway, I love how Nietzsche cuts it short:

There is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophy
